The Sidewinder Fastpitch Softball Team
is entering into another year of high quality
fastpitch softball. Each year, the organization
solicits sponsors to provide financial
assistance. The SFSO is a non-profit
organization that values providing an excellent
youth sports activity.
The purpose of this letter is to ask you or your company to
consider sponsoring our team for the 2008/2009
season. There are several levels of
sponsorships available.

Benefits of team sponsorship include the following:
1)
name of the sponsor and a brief commercial
statement will be placed on the first page of
our website;
2)
the business name and/or logo will be included
on our Team Sponsorship page, along with a
contact address and number
3)
Perhaps most importantly, the business will be a
partner with the SFSO in helping with the
healthy growth and development of our
community’s youth.
4)
Additional sponsorships are available.
The primary purpose of the SFSO program is not to win
softball games, but rather to teach the
fundamentals of softball, sportsmanship,
leadership, discipline, and the importance of
teamwork to all of the participants. The
primary role of the SFSO program is to be a
safe, fun and exciting experience for every
athlete that participates. Hopefully, these
lessons teach our youngsters how to be more
successful in other areas of their lives. Our
organization’s emphasis is on getting a great
effort from our players and we seek to teach our
players that we are all capable of giving a
great effort no matter what our physical
abilities are. Our coaches and volunteer staff
are pleased to have the privilege of working
with the young people of our community. We all
are investing in tomorrow's leaders and
families. We believe this is a great thing to
do.
Please consider a sponsorship in the amount of $350 to help
us provide a quality athletic experience to the
youth of our community. Our expenses are
covered through registration fees and sponsor
donations. A “Sponsorship Form” is included
with this letter. Send the form back in the
enclosed self-addressed envelope. If you wish
to provide us with a brief advertisement please
is sure to fill out the back side of the
