SIDEWINDER SOFTBALL DOMINATE IN LAS VEGAS!
Great weekend for the
Sidewinder Softball team as we played in the LV
Tourney's Winter Classic Tournament in Las Vegas,
NV. Strong pitching performance from both Hannah and
Savanna holding teams to just a total of 13 runs the
entire tournament. Offense was strong with numerous
home runs hit by Kayla, Savanna, Rachel D., Caylie
and Rachel E (Rachel hit an amazing Grand Slam,
too). Defense played outstanding very few errors all
weekend.
We started Sunday
talking about team work and trusting those on the
field and in the dugout. And this weekend was a
total team effort. All the players and parents
shared in on this wonderful championship.
Special thanks to our
coaching staff and wonderful team mom's for a very
memorable weekend!
